UTV Warranty Policy

All products sold by Hart Marketing Inc.. include a 90 Day, unlimited miles warranty unless otherwise specified. Warranty is valid if a vehicle has malfunctioned due to manufacturers defect. This 90 day warranty covers all parts necessary to restore product back to working condition. Warranty is valid for 90 Days after date of delivery.

Vehicle Warranty:

This WARRANTY is for 90 Days UNLIMITED MILES..

Assembly: Most vehicles come 90% assembled, you will need install some components such as mirrors, windshield, tires, battery etc. Anyone who has some mechanical knowledge can uncrate the vehicle and get it up and running. However, if you do not feel comfortable doing it on your own, we highly recommend that you take it to a professional mechanic and have them get it ready for you, which is a good idea to protect your warranty and investment, it is your responsibility to make sure that the vehicle is assembled correctly and to pay for any additional charge related to assembly as needed, We will not be responsible for misuse or improper assembly to the vehicle. Be sure to tighten all bolts and check for appropriate levels of engine fluid prior to operation. This is brand new in the box, it needs to be assembled very carefully and properly for top performance.

THIS AGREEMENT AND WARRANTY IS VOID IF ANY OF THE FOLLOWING IS TRUE:
* THE VEHICLE IS NOT COMPLETELY AND CORRECTLY ASSEMBLED BY ANY USERS OR PROFESSIONAL MECHANIC (SMALL ENGINE REPAIR SHOP, MOTORCYCLE SHOP, OR AUTO REPAIR SHOP) OR AN AUTHORIZED DEALER TO ASSEMBLE AND PREP THE PRODUCT PRIOR TO OPERATION.
* THE DAMAGE TO THE COMPONENT IS CAUSED BY AN ACCIDENT.
* THE CUSTOMER FAILS TO FOLLOW THE MINIMUM MAINTENANCE AND BREAK-IN REQUIREMENTS SUGGESTED BY THE MANUFACTURER. AND FAILS TO PROVIDE PROPER SERVICE DOCUMENTS.
* PRODUCT IS USED IN A MANNER WHICH IT WAS NOT DESIGNED FOR.
* THE PRODUCT IS MODIFIED IN ANYWAY.
* THE PRODUCT IS USED IN RENTAL BUSINESS.

TOWING CHARGES: All towing and/or shipping charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

REPAIRED COMPONENTS: If the components are repaired under the terms of this agreement, they will be repaired or replaced with component parts of like kind and quality.

LABOR TO REPAIR OR REPLACE PARTS: Hart Marketing Inc. does not pay or reimburse any labor cost under any circumstances for repair work outside of our facility.

Defective warranty part(s) are required to be returned to exchange for new replacement part(s). New replacement part(s) under warranty will be shipped to buyer at no additional costs. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges of any defective parts. Returning your defective part(s) will ensure we send you the correct part(s) and assist us in monitoring and correcting potential manufacture defects. For your safety, any necessary assembly or maintenance must be performed by a certified technician in order for warranty to be valid. Normal wear and tear parts such as tires, brake pads, or battery are not covered under warranty. We recommend you replace the battery since the manufacture only supplies a starter battery. We stock most parts and some parts may need to be special ordered. Replacement parts are generally processed and shipped back to customers within 5-14 business days from the time we receive the defective parts. All parts are subject to availability.
